Where are your products made?
To support British manufacturing/craftsmanship and reduce our carbon footprint, all Abigail Borg products are designed, printed and manufactured in the UK.
Where can I see your products in person?
Abigail Borg products are stocked in various countries around the world, please refer to the stockists page to find your nearest stockist/ country representative.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we are more than happy to send orders to international customers directly from the studio. Please note that all shipments to OUTSIDE the EU (European Union) may be subject to import duties and taxies, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How much is postage?
Postage per order is:
UK: £3.50
Europe: £7.50
Rest of World: £10.50
Will my order be tracked?
We aim to despatch orders within 3-5 business days. If an item ordered is out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.
UK Customers: Once your order has been despatched, we will be in touch with a tracking number (either Royal Mail or courier).
International customers: Proof of Postage is gained for all orders, and are sent via Royal Mail International Airmail. Should you require tracking for your order, please contact the studio prior or immediately after placing your order so this can be arranged and calculated.
Returns and Refunds
We do our very best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product and service.
In the event that any products delivered to you are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt where we will ask you to return the goods straight away. Shipping charges on returned orders are at the customer’s expense and we recommend recorded/tracked post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods to: Abigail Borg, Bordesley Hall, The Holloway, Alvechurch, Worcestershire, B48 7QA.
Products will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same conditon as when they left the studio, and that you have taken reasonable care to package goods accordingly to ensure their safe return to the studio. Unfortunately, post and packaging costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
Please note that cut lengths of fabric (unless faulty) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Fabric/Cushions
Where/How are the fabrics printed?
All fabrics are digitally printed in the UK, using a 225gsm 100% Cotton.
Are the fabrics suitable for upholstery?
Fabrics are suitable for use as soft furnishing, and domestic upholstery if used with a fire retardent interliner and combustion modified foam.
Have the fabrics been Martindale/rub tested?
Yes. Fabric sold by the metre and used in the cushions has been certified as having a Performance Level A in the Martindale Abrasion (Rub) Test BS 2543: 2004.
Are the pads available safe?
The cushion pads are supplied by an UK manufacturer, and all fillings have been tested and satisfy the Fire Resistance requirements of SI 1324. These are available to UK customers only.
